Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may cancel their bookings and request refunds for events organized by UNIQventure, in accordance with Spanish consumer law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).

1. Cancellation by the Client

- Cancellations must be communicated in writing to uniqventure@gmail.com.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable unless due to serious documented illness or force majeure.

2. Cancellation by UNIQventure

- If UNIQventure cancels the event for any reason not related to force majeure, a full refund will be issued.
- In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions), clients may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
- UNIQventure will notify clients of cancellation as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved cancellation request.
- Payments will be refunded using the original payment method.
- UNIQventure is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

4. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

- Customized packages or private group bookings may have different cancellation terms, stated in each specific agreement.
- Expenses already incurred by UNIQventure on behalf of the client (e.g., accommodation, activity bookings) may be non-refundable.
